We HOPE so! Our bird recently began laying eggs. Apparently, that is not a common thing for Cockatiels that are in captivity. We also recently learned that our other bird is a male, so we are hoping that one day we have babies. The mama has only been sitting on her eggs for the first 24 hours, then she stops. We hope that she is getting the hang of what to do. If not, we may snatch her next batch and keep them incubated....this will mean hand-feeding and lots of mothering and fathering by the humans!!!!!!!
